2-Story Dutch Barn

With our 2-story barns you get more storage space without taking up property space.
We offer our 2-story barn with the option of being built on-site or delivered in a money saving kit.
If you choose the fully assembled version your barn will be built on-site by our professional crew of skilled carpenters.
The kit version of our 2-story barns are delivered fully assembled minus the roofing.

Barn shown is a 14' x 14' with 6' 4" walls on first floor and 7' of head room on second floor.

With our kit design the barn is delivered assembled as pictured above left. The gable ends are hinged and laid down on the second floor. When you are ready to assemble the gables are hinged up and into place. Step two of the process will consist of setting the pre-assembled trusses in place and depending on whether you chose a shingled roof or metal like shown you would install perlins or roof sheathing then the roofing of your choice.

First floor shown with 6' double door.

Our two story barns include- 2" x 4" framing 16" on center, 2" x 6" floor joists on second floor, 2" x 6" roof trusses, architectural shingles, 6' double door, 2- 24" x 30" windows, gable end vent and either a fixed stairway or pull down attic steps.

Options Available- choice of siding and roofing, garage door, more widows, vents, shelving, ramp, etc.
