The Belmont Polebarn is and affordable solution to your storage needs. Standard features include- metal roofing and siding, 1- 9' x 7' garage door with torsion spring, 1- 36" 9-lite entry door, 2- 30" x 36" insulated windows and 12" overhangs all the way around. Engineered drawings included with every polebarn.

Belmont Construction- 4" x 6" or 6" x 6" laminated posts 8' on center set 48" in ground on concrete footer, 2" x 4" horizontal purlins 2' on center to accomadate metal siding with a 2" x 6" top board and 2" x 8" PT Rim Board. 10', 12' or 16' side walls, 4' on center roof trusses with 2" x 4" purlins 2' on center with a 2" x 8" edge board, metal roofing, ridge vent, solid and vented vinyl soffits.

Belmont Styles- Belmont Peak 4/12 pitch 4' on center truss, Belmont Cape Cod - 8/12 pitch 4' on center attic truss, Belmont Gambrel - 4' on center gambrel attic truss (pitches vary).

Foundation- Polebarns do not sit on a concrete pad, posts are set below the frost line on a concrete footer then backfilled with soil. The interior floor space can be finished of with a material of your choice (gravel, blacktop, concrete, etc) Belmont Polebarns can also be set on a monolithic slab or a poured concrete foundation with footers. Concrete standards include 4000 psi fiber reinforced concrete, re-bar to code, expansion joints and a smooth finish.
