The Richmond garage is our most popular garage model. Standard features include 12" overhangs, 2- 9' x 7' garage doors or 1- 16' x 7' garage door, 1- 36" 9-lite entry door and 2- 30" x 36" insulated windows. Built on site construction - not a prefab structure. Engineered drawings included with every garage.

Richmond Construction- 2" x 6" 16" on center wall framing, 5/12 pitch 24" on center roof trusses with approved snow load, 1/2" plywood wall and roof sheathing, lifetime vinyl siding with house wrap, 30 year architectural shingles, 30 weight felt paper, ice and water shield, aluminum wood grain fascia and trim, solid and vented vinyl soffits, 2" x 6" treated sill plate with sill sealer.

The Richmond is also available with multiple siding choices including Board'n Batten, T & G and Cedar.

Foundation- Weather you want a simple monolithic slab or a poured concrete foundation with footers our on site construction crew can handle the job from start to finish. Concrete standards include 4000 psi fiber reinforced concrete, re-bar to code, expansion joints and a smooth finish.
