The Cape Cod is an eye-appealing structure, complimented with features such as 8" overhangs on all four sides, raised panel shutters and trimmed windows. The cape cod comes standard with 2- 24" x 36" windows, 1- double door and a 36" entry door for your convenience. Interior wall height of 6' 4" on all widths. Its steep roof design will allow for some overhead storage as well. 8/12 roof pitch on 8' and 10' wide models, 7/12 roof pitch on 14' wide models.
Features - 6 year top to bottom warranty, available in multiple sizes, 8' x 10' through 14' x 44'. Four Siding Choices: Fir Duratemp Siding, Lifetime Vinyl Siding, and Board'n Batten Wood Siding, Shiplap Cedar Siding.
